? We’re Hiring | Cluster Manager – Fashion Store

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple fashion stores and drive business growth across the assigned cluster.

Location: Kochi

Experience: 10+ Years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Industry: Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall operations of multiple fashion stores within the assigned cluster.
- Drive sales, profitability, customer experience and operational excellence across stores.
- Monitor store performance against business targets and implement action plans to achieve results.
- Ensure effective manpower planning, team development and performance management.
- Drive visual merchandising, product presentation and adherence to brand standards.
- Analyse sales and operational reports to identify opportunities and improve store performance.




- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability and effective inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Buying, VM, HR and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes and operational standards.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in fashion retail , with experience managing multiple stores.

• Solid understanding of fashion retail operations, sales and store management .

- Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
- Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned stores.
