Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets and growth.
- Major focus on TPP Products (insurance & others). While brokerage & MTF is there (it is mostly autopilot)
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring productive use of resources and effective communication among team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance market presence.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, calls, and emails to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
- Ensure manpower planning across all branches under purview (either by retention / hiring / portfolio optimization)
