Job Role DevOps & Cloud Engineer

- Build, manage, and optimize scalable AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage production-grade Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
- Automate infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Ensure high availability, security, reliability, and cost efficiency of cloud systems.
- Work with containerized applications and contemporary DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities AWS & Cloud Infrastructure:

- Manage and scale AWS services including:

- EC2
- S3

- RDS

- IAM
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and ensure reliable system performance.
- Optimize AWS resources and identify unused resources to control cloud costs.

Kubernetes & Containerization

- Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters in production.

- Create and manage

- Pods

- Services

- Deployments

- StatefulSets
- Perform rolling updates and support zero-downtime deployments.
- Monitor cluster health and troubleshoot Kubernetes-related issues.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker.

CI/CD & Automation

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:

- Jenkins

- GitHub Actions

- GitLab CI
- Automate application deployment and operational workflows.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using:

- Terraform

- Ansible

Monitoring & Security





- Set up and maintain monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Monitor Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement Kubernetes security practices including:

- RBAC

- Network Policies

- Secrets Management
- Identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues quickly.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in DevOps/Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and networking.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes concepts such as Pods, Services, and Deployments.
- Good knowledge of Linux CLI.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Bash/Python.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Docker and containerized applications.
