About the Role

/n

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our Premium Study Abroad team in Chennai.

/n

The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, understanding their study-abroad aspirations, and guiding them towards the right international education opportunities while driving admissions and revenue.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Counsel students and parents on international education programs, universities, courses, and destinations.
/n
Understand student profiles, career goals, academic background, and financial considerations to provide personalized guidance.
/n
Manage leads through the complete sales funnel, from initial counselling to conversion and enrolment.
/n
Drive conversions through consultative selling, effective follow-ups,



and solid objection handling.
/n
Handle premium/high-value student profiles while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
/n
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
/n
Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the decision-making journey.
/n
Maintain accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
/n
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth application and enrolment journey.
/n
Proactively identify prospects to improve conversion and customer experience.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
2–6 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad, Overseas Education, EdTech, or consultative sales.
/n
Proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets.
/n
Strong knowledge of international education and study-abroad counselling.
/n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/n
Strong counselling, negotiation, objection-handli
