We are looking for a Decor – Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing client requirements, understanding décor briefs, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of deliverables from brief to completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, a creative approach and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a quick-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with clients for décor requirements.
- Understand client briefs, requirements and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
- Coordinate with design, production and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of décor requirements.
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines and approvals.
- Assist in developing décor concepts and ideas based on client briefs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate changes, revisions and last-minute requirements effectively.




- Ensure attention to detail across all décor-related deliverables.
- Support the team during event planning and execution as required.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably within the decor, events, weddings or experiential industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client management and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand and interpret client briefs.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced event environment, including during event days and odd hours when required.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in event décor, wedding décor, event management, design coordination or experiential projects will be preferred.
