Executive - Client Servicing

Experience: 0–2 years| Function: Client Servicing / Account Management | Location: Gurugram

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Servicing Executive to support account delivery - helping keep trackers, timelines and communication tight across one or more client accounts. This is a strong entry point into agency account management: you'll work closely with a Manager/AM, get hands-on exposure across every digital discipline, and build the foundation to run accounts independently.

What You'll Do

- Support day-to-day account coordination and client communication under guidance from the account lead
- Maintain trackers, timelines and TATs, and chase internal teams to keep deliverables on schedule
- Help translate client requirements into briefs for SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Creative teams
- Assist in preparing status updates, reports and client-ready presentations
- Do a first-pass QC on deliverables before they go to seniors for review
- Track and log client feedback, and follow up until items are closed
- Compile performance data and help spot early gaps or opportunities
- Join client calls to take notes, track action items,



and build client-facing confidence over time

What You Bring

- 0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing (internships count)
- A working interest in SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative - you don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be curious
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High ownership and organisational skills - you follow through without being chased
- Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks in a quick-paced environment

Good to Have

- Prior agency internship or full-time exposure
- Familiarity with GA4, Search Console or Looker Studio
- Exposure to enterprise or multi-stakeholder client environments
- Curiosity about AEO/GEO and AI-driven search

- Trackers and timelines are consistently up to date, with no dropped balls
- Client-facing outputs are accurate and client-ready before they're reviewed
- You're building toward owning client conversations independently
- Seniors trust you with more responsibility over time
