Role Description The Client Relations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing day-to-day client communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The specialist will coordinate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and support the delivery of digital marketing and optimization services.

Responsibilities include maintaining client records, preparing status updates, gathering feedback,



and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and client retention. The role also requires proactive relationship building, regular follow-ups, and clear documentation to support seamless collaboration and client success.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting, long-term client relationships.
- Experience in client relations and customer support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related client-facing role is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
