Role Summary

Manage day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, within allocated resources, and as per approved design specifications.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate site labour.

- Ensure work is carried out as per structural drawings, approved specifications, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, vendors, and other project stakeholders.

- Monitor material availability, usage, inventory, and quality at the site.

- Inspect workmanship and identify deviations, defects, or site issues for timely resolution.

- Maintain daily site updates and communicate progress, requirements, and challenges to the reporting manager.

KPI: Performance Metrics

- Percentage of assigned project milestones completed within the planned timeline.

- Material and labour cost variance against the allocated budget.

- Number of safety, quality, or compliance incidents reported.





- Percentage of site work completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Timeliness of resolving site issues and maintaining required site documentation.

Required Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Knowledge of construction site operations and execution.

- Ability to read and understand structural drawings and specifications.

- Knowledge of construction materials, quality checks, and site safety practices.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Basic computer skills for site reporting and documentation.

Preferred skills

- Experience in residential construction projects, particularly individual villas.

- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and site labour.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other construction-related software.

- Experience maintaining site measurements, material records, and progress reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
