Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and structural engineering principles.
- Valuable understanding of foundation, column, beam, slab, staircase, and reinforcement detailing.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Valuable knowledge of construction practices and site execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering
- M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.
