Position: Civil Engineer Cum Project Manager / Supervisor

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience Experience

Required: 8-12 years of relevant experience in civil construction.

Must have hands-on experience in bungalow and residential house construction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage complete residential construction projects from start to finish. Monitor civil, structural, and finishing work at the site.

Coordinate with contractors, labourers, architects, and vendors.

Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Manage material requirements, site planning, and daily work schedules. Conduct quality checks and resolve site-related technical issues.





Maintain daily progress reports and update management on project status.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of residential/bungalow construction.

Positive understanding of construction drawings and measurements.

Strong site supervision and team management skills.

Knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and quantity calculations.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with strong experience in bungalow & independent residential house construction will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
