Cisco CVP / IVR Developer Openings: 2 Location: Offshore / Remote Experience: 8 Years Start: Immediate Work Mode: Remote / Offshore Priority: Very High Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Cisco CVP / IVR Developer to develop, enhance, and support Cisco CVP-based IVR applications and customer self-service call flows. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with CVP, VoiceXML, Java/J2EE, UCCE/ICM, SIP, APIs, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Cisco CVP/IVR applications.

- Develop and enhance customer self-service call flows.
- Integrate IVR applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
- Work with speech recognition, DTMF, call routing, and voice interaction flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CVP/IVR applications.
- Analyze call flows, logs, and system behavior to identify and resolve defects.
- Participate in code reviews, releases, deployments, and application maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and contact-center teams.




- Follow Agile development practices and established CI/CD processes.
