Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) / DGM - Security to lead, develop, and execute comprehensive security programs across our primary manufacturing facilities in Hoshiarpur.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for safeguarding company personnel, physical assets, supply chains, intellectual property, and operations while maintaining compliance with QMS, EMS, and regulatory standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Strategic Security Leadership: Develop and execute an enterprise security roadmap aligned with organizational business objectives and operational goals.
- Physical & Operations Security: Direct the design, deployment, and oversight of perimeter security, access control systems, surveillance networks, and security personnel.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize operational, physical, and situational security risks specific to a large-scale manufacturing workplace.
- Supply Chain & Loss Prevention: Partner with supply chain and logistics teams to secure raw material handling, transit routes, and finished product delivery.
- Crisis Management & Emergency Preparedness: Formulate and test emergency response plans, business continuity measures, and regular crisis response drills.
- Information Security Support: Collaborate with internal IT teams to protect sensitive manufacturing data,



designs, and proprietary IP.
- Investigations & Asset Protection: Lead investigations into security incidents, theft, policy violations, or breaches, maintaining direct liaison with local law enforcement agencies as required.
- Vendor & Compliance Oversight: Manage third-party security vendors, external contractors, and ensure full compliance with internal QMS/EMS protocols and legal/regulatory standards.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee security allocations, manpower management, infrastructure procurement, and technology upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduation in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field are preferable.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in corporate security management, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or automotive sectors.
- Military / Uniformed Service Background: Prior service in Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary, or Official Security Services is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Professional credentials such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or CISSP are strongly desirable.
- Core Competencies: Proven expertise in physical security tech, risk management frameworks, loss prevention, crisis response, and stakeholder management
