As our projects grow taller and more complex, we're looking for a leader to head our safety vertical — someone who owns the standard, sets the culture, and is on site before the first pour of the day.
The role
Chief of Safety Officer, reporting directly to the COO/CEO. You will build and lead Protech's entire safety function: systems, SOPs, training, audits, compliance and incident prevention across our high-rise and residential projects.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in construction safety
- High-rise, residential or large infrastructure background
- Overseas exposure preferred (Middle East or South-East Asia)
- A track record of building safety systems from the ground up, not just policing them
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certification is a plus
- Energy, initiative and the willingness to lead from the front — this is a site role as much as a boardroom one
