Opening: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Delhi

Experience: 8–10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete financial operations of the automobile dealership/company
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, cash flow, and working capital
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, MIS, and business performance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, taxation, audits, and statutory requirements
- Monitor dealership profitability, expenses, margins, cost control, and overall financial performance
- Manage and monitor vehicle inventory, receivables, payables, and working capital
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, financial institutions, OEMs, and other stakeholders
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance team
- Analyze sales, service, parts, and overall dealership financial performance
- Support management in strategic financial decisions, expansion plans, and business growth
- Ensure effective financial controls,



processes, and risk management across operations

Requirements:

- CA / MBA Finance or relevant qualification preferred
- 8–10 years of strong experience in Finance & Accounts
- Excellent knowledge of automobile dealership finance, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and compliance
- Strong understanding of working capital, profitability, MIS, budgeting, and financial planning
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in handling large-scale financial operations and reporting
- Automobile industry/dealership experience preferred
