EDUCATION : DIP /B.E (ELECTRICAL / CIVIL)

EXPERIENCE : 20 to 25 YRS( HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE PREFERED)

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering, maintenance, and technical teams (civil, electrical, and utility staff) to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Workforce Deployment and effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Planning, coordination, and execution of recent construction and facility expansion projects.
- Supervise the installation, inspection, and upkeep of all civil and structural works across the premises.
- Coordinate day-to-day work schedules and resource deployment for the swift execution of civil repairs and maintenance breakdowns.
- Implement and oversee robust preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical installations to mitigate downtime.
