Urgent Hiring: Chemical Manufacturing Leadership Roles

Location: Plant Location, Navi Mumbai

Education (Common Requirement): B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (M.Tech preferred for Process Engineering)

Industry Focus: Specialty Chemicals / Catalysts / Precious Metals / Fine Chemicals

1. Manager Production (Homogeneous Catalysts)

Experience: 10-15 years in Chemical Manufacturing / Organometallics / Homogeneous Catalysts.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Specialized Chemical Handling: Hands-on experience in managing air- and moisture-sensitive chemical processes and plant operations.
- Scale-Up & Tech Transfer: Proven track record in laboratory-to-plant scale-up and commercializing current chemical products.
- Metal Accountability: Practical experience in mass balance calculations, material recovery, and precious metal inventory control.
- Shop-Floor Leadership: Experience managing shop-floor operations, production scheduling, technicians, and operators under strict HSE guidelines.
- Quality Compliance: Deep familiarity with Quality Systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and batch documentation.

2. Manager Production Process Engineering Experience: 10-15 years in Chemical Process Engineering / Scale-Up within Specialty Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, or Catalysts.

Must-Have Requirements:

- Process Design & Optimization: Core expertise in chemical reaction engineering, heat/mass transfer, bottleneck removal, and yield maximization.
- Technology Transfer: Hands-on experience in developing scale-up protocols, engineering documentation, and tech transfers from laboratory to pilot/commercial scale.
- Process Safety: Solid background in HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), and PSM.
- Problem Solving & Quality Tools: Practical application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), SPC, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma preferred).
- Engineering Software: Exposure to SAP/ERP, process simulation tools (Aspen Plus/HYSYS), or advanced process control.
