Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of growth for a quick-growing Aroma Ingredients manufacturing business. The CEO will have overall responsibility for the P&L;, business strategy, manufacturing operations, sales & marketing, R&D;, supply chain, people, and organizational development .

The role shall responsible for building the company's position as a preferred global supplier of aroma ingredients, expanding international markets, strengthening customer partnerships, driving innovation, and creating a scalable and profitable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & P&L; Leadership

- Develop and execute the company's 3–5 year strategic growth plan in alignment with the Board.
- Own the overall P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, cash flows and working capital .
- Identify new business opportunities, product categories, geographies and customer segments.
- Develop strategies to improve margins, optimize product mix and enhance overall business performance.
- Establish clear business objectives, KPIs and performance management mechanisms across functions.

2. Sales & International Business

- Drive sales growth along with the team across India and international markets , particularly US, Europe & Far East
- Build and strengthen relationships with global fragrance houses, flavour companies, ingredient companies and distributors .
- Develop a robust direct sales and distributor/agent network.




- Lead negotiations with strategic customers and build long-term, high-value customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities for geographic expansion, strategic partnerships, contract manufacturing and potential acquisitions/JVs.

3. Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

- Provide strategic leadership to manufacturing operations, ensuring capacity utilization, productivity, cost efficiency and operational excellence .
- Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, yield, energy consumption, batch consistency and overall plant economics.
- Ensure high standards of quality, EHS, regulatory compliance and process safety .
- Develop a long-term manufacturing and capacity expansion roadmap in line with business growth.

4. People Management & Organizational Leadership

- Build, lead and develop a high-performing leadership team across Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D;, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and other critical functions.
- Establish a solid culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, innovation and performance across the organization.
- Provide clear direction, coaching and mentoring to the team and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Identify and develop future leaders and critical talent , ensuring robust succession planning for key positions.
- Foster a culture where cross-functional teams work effectively towards common business and customer objectives .
