Role Description The Catering Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing daily catering operations across canteens, cafeterias, and events. The role includes planning menus, coordinating food preparation, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Manager supervises catering staff, assigns duties, and monitors service quality to deliver timely and consistent meals. This position also involves liaising with clients, handling inquiries, addressing service issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires tracking costs,



optimizing resources, and supporting the smooth execution of industrial, corporate, and outdoor catering engagements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and Catering to manage end-to-end catering operations effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Food & Beverage management to oversee menu planning, quality control, and stock management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to handle client communication, feedback, and overall guest experience.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking knowledge to collaborate with kitchen teams and understand preparation processes.
- Relevant skills such as team leadership, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination are beneficial.
- Experience in industrial, corporate, or large-scale catering environments is preferred.
