? Profile: Telecaller / Academic Counsellor

?️ Language: Bengali is mandatory | Hindi & English will be an added advantage

? Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

? Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with students/leads and understand their educational requirements
- Explain courses, programs, eligibility & admission process
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain regular communication with students through calls & WhatsApp
- Achieve individual and team admission targets

? What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication & convincing skills





✅ Comfortable speaking in Bengali

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated

✅ Prior experience in telecalling, counselling or education sales is a plus
