Capacity Planning Engineer (m/f/d)

Your job

Drive capacity planning and optimization to improve logistics performance (QCD)

Lead process improvement and value stream optimization initiatives across operations

Analyzeworkflows to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and efficiency gains

Design and implement layouts, capacity models, WMS, and automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Define requirements and support procurement and deployment of logistics equipment and systems

Ensure adherence to standardized processes, global standards, and KPI tracking

Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity

Coordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams for project execution and delivery

Conduct time studies, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and process documentation

Our requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / related field with 47 years of relevant experience in logistics or capacity planning

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, material management systems, and process optimization (Lean/OPEX)

Experience in capacity planning, layout design, and project management within logistics environments

Familiarity with WMS, automation, and data-driven KPI tracking

Good analytical,



stakeholder management, and English communication skills (B2 level) with proficiency in MS Office
