Calypso Developer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Calypso Developer to join our Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, REST APIs, SQL, and OOP concepts , along with hands-on experience working with the Calypso platform .

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, configuring, integrating, and maintaining Calypso applications that support Capital Markets operations . A strong understanding of Calypso workflows, trade lifecycle processes, and financial markets will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and configure Calypso applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain Calypso workflows, configurations, and trade lifecycle processes .
- Develop and integrate applications using Java, J2EE, REST APIs, and SQL .
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the Calypso platform and its integrations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Calypso with internal and external systems.
- Participate in application enhancements, maintenance, testing, and production support activities.
- Follow software development best practices and contribute to maintaining high-quality,



scalable solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior developers.

Desired Skills
- Solid proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, REST APIs, SQL, and OOP concepts .
- Hands-on experience with the Calypso platform , including Calypso APIs, customization, configuration, and development.
- Strong understanding of Capital Markets, financial products, and trade lifecycle processes .
- Experience working with application integrations and enterprise systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Qualifications
- MCA, BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCS, M.Tech , or an equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of professional software development experience , with significant experience working on the Calypso platform .
