We are seeking a detail-oriented CAD Designer to create, develop, and optimize detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for complex mechanical components and electromechanical sub-assemblies. You will bridge mechanical packaging and electronic integration, working directly with hardware engineers to deliver production-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities

- CAD Modeling: Develop parametric 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings for enclosures, mounting brackets, structural components, and electronic packaging using SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo.

- ECAD/MCAD Integration: Import PCB layouts (STEP/IDF files) into MCAD environments to ensure proper fitment, keep-out zone adherence, cable/harness routing, and component clearances.

- Tolerance Analysis:



Perform tolerance stack-up analyses to verify part interchangeability and fit across multi-component sub-assemblies.

- Design for Excellence (DFX): Apply DFM, DFA, and DFT principles to sheet metal, injection-molded, machined, and additive-manufactured parts.

- BOM & Data Management: Generate and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering revision histories, and documentation using PDM/PLM software.

- Prototyping Support: Collaborate with machine shops, 3D printing labs, and assembly technicians to fabricate and evaluate physical prototypes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
