Role & responsibilities
Lead structural design, finite element analysis (FEA), and lateral/seismic evaluation using software like ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or SECURE.
Oversee drawing deliverables, 3D BIM coordination (Tekla / Revit), and structural detailing.
Perform rigorous design checks against governing building codes (IS / ACI / Eurocodes) and collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Review structural calculations, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred candidate profile
Masters Degree in Structural Engineering
Proven experience in reinforced concrete (RCC), Structural Steel & Precast Structures
Expert hands on capability in ETABS, STAADPRO, SECURE & BIM coordination software
Solid Leadership, Communication & Project Management Skills
