Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and contract management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative, driven, and innovative teammates.

Youll play a key role in ensuring the success of procurement activities and supplier relationships, contributing to the seamless execution of our projects. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Global Procurement, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain), negotiate supplier contracts, and ensure timely delivery and quality performance, and much more.

Youll specifically take care of supplier selection processes and contract management, but also support commodity strategies and build robust supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

- Setting up and managing the full supplier selection process, including preparing and launching Requests for Quotation
- Leading project negotiations and monitoring project QCDT (Quality, Cost,



Delivery, Time) and legal evolution
- Ensuring supplier contract execution and coordinating with all relevant teams
- Promoting Alstoms Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
- Consolidating commodity needs and actively participating in strategy development
- Building and managing supplier relationships, including performance measurement and risk mitigation

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 0-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
- Contract management and legal awareness
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented approach
- International mindset and ability to adapt to diverse environments
- Rigorous and structured work style
