DroCon Bharat is a fast-growing drone-as-a-service (DaaS) company delivering agricultural drone spraying, drone maintenance, spare parts, and trained-pilot services across India. We're building the operating backbone for modern, technology-led farming — and we're looking for a leader to grow our aftermarket business.

About the Role

We're hiring a leader to own and grow our spare parts sales and maintenance business as a strong, standalone revenue line. You'll drive the commercial strategy for parts, build the service and maintenance function, and provide client-facing support to our drone operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Founder, with real ownership of a growing business line.

What you'll own

Spare Parts – Sales & Strategy

- Own the sales and growth strategy for spare parts across regions.
- Build channels, pricing, and demand to make parts a dependable revenue stream.
- Position and market our parts offering to customers, dealers, and partners.

Maintenance & Service

- Build and lead the drone maintenance and service function.
- Set standards for quality, turnaround, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure reliable, well-managed after-sales support.

Client Management – Drone Operations (Support)





- Support the operations team on client relationships and coordination.
- Help ensure a smooth experience for customers across service and operations.
- Act as a commercial point of contact where operations and aftermarket overlap.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

- Build and mentor a growing team across sales and service.
- Work closely with partners, dealers, and internal teams to hit shared goals.
- Bring structure, accountability, and a growth mindset to the business line.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in sales, aftermarket, spare parts, or service — ideally in drones, agri-tech, automotive, or equipment/machinery.
- Solid commercial and marketing instinct, especially for parts or after-sales products.
- Ability to build and run a service/maintenance function.
- Comfort managing client relationships and supporting field operations.
- A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Willingness to travel across regions.
