THE OPPORTUNITY

Vitonnix is a UK-developed consumer health company focused on cutting-edge sublingual nutrition, with an established presence in India and growing international operations.

We are looking for an exceptional Business Head, India to work directly with the Founder and senior leadership team from Chandigarh.

This is not a pure digital role. It is not a traditional pharma marketing role.

We are looking for a business and brand builder.

Someone who can bring together brand, consumer growth, digital, distribution, retail and strategic partnerships into one coherent growth strategy, while building and leading the specialist teams required underneath.

The person joining us should be comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

- India growth and commercial strategy
- Brand building and consumer growth
- Online and offline channels
- Distribution, retail and strategic partnerships
- Go-to-market strategy and execution
- Commercial KPIs and performance
- Building and leading high-performing teams
- Managing specialist agencies and external partners
- Representing Vitonnix with senior business and strategic stakeholders

• Working directly with the Founder on key growth initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Ideally, you will have 12+ years of relevant experience across consumer health, FMCG, OTC, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or another consumer-facing business.

We are particularly interested in people who have:

- Personally built or materially scaled a business or brand
- Held meaningful commercial or P&L; responsibility




- Worked across both traditional and modern consumer channels
- Built and led strong teams
- Managed external agencies and partners with clear accountability
- Combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- The maturity and gravitas to represent the company externally

• A genuine ownership mentality

You do not need to be the deepest specialist in every channel. You do need to understand how the pieces fit together, know where specialist expertise is required, and be capable of building the right team around you. We care more about what you have built than where you have worked.
