Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Chandigarh, India. This is a full-time, in office role where you will play a key part in driving the company's growth. You will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced team members while contributing to tasks such as:
- Lead Generation : Identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Market Research : Understanding market trends to identify opportunities.
- Cold Calling : Engaging with prospects to create business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition : Converting leads into clients and securing hiring mandates.
- Follow-ups : Maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Proposal Creation : Preparing and sharing tailored business proposals.
- Deal Closure :
Ensuring client needs are met and agreements are finalized.

Job Details
- Location : Mohali or Zirakpur – Work from Office.
- Working Days : Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays off.
- Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
