Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, email sequences, and social selling

Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing (MQLs) and convert them into sales-ready opportunities (SQLs)

Book qualified meetings/demos for Account Executives

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generated

Collaborate with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and lead handoff processes

Stay current on the product, industry trends, and competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospects

Requirements

02 years of sales, customer service,



or related experience (entry-level friendly)

Robust verbal and written communication skills

Resilience and comfort with rejection/high call volume

Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset

Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (nice to have, not always required)
