Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice, chat and email processes.
Source candidates through Portals, social media, referrals, job groups, vendors and walk-ins.
Screen candidates through calls and assess communication, experience and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with Operations/HR teams.
Maintain daily recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.
Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and training attendance.
Drive candidate engagement and reduce offer dropouts/no-shows.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
Participate in walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate with the Training and Operations teams for manpower requirements.
Maintain proper candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
