Responsibilities
Plan and manage FinOps TOM implementation as a structured program.
Coordinate tooling, processes, governance, training, and implementation workstreams.
Align with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and business stakeholders.
Implement and document allocation, showback/chargeback, optimization, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Support FinOps tool selection, implementation, and rollout.
Drive training, communication, and change management activities.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
Report status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and governance teams.
Requirements
Solid project/program management experience.
Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills.
Experience with cloud transformation or FinOps initiatives.
Robust stakeholder and change management skills.
Experience with governance, budgeting, forecasting, and process implementation.
