Job Overview & Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Track stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and prevent stock shortages or overstock.
Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise store floor or warehouse staff daily.
Operations Management: Oversee protected loading, unloading, and organized placement of goods.
System Updates: Maintain accurate digital logs using inventory and ERP systems.
Compliance:



Enforce workplace safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards.

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 to 5 years of proven experience in retail, inventory, or stores supervision.
Robust working knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP software.
Excellent team coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
