Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify new customers and business prospects.
Generate leads through field visits, references, and market contacts.
Convert prospects into customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Regularly visit customers to understand their jewellery requirements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues.
Follow up with customers for repeat business.
Market & Dealer Visits
Visit jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and potential clients.
Develop relationships with jewellery shops and business partners.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market trends.
Identify new markets and territories for business expansion.
Product Presentation
Explain jewellery products, designs, quality, pricing, and offers to customers.
Present new collections and promotional schemes.
Coordinate product samples/catalogues as required.
Order & Payment Follow-up




Generate and process customer orders.
Coordinate with the internal team for timely order fulfilment and delivery.
Follow up on outstanding payments and credit customers.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily field-visit and sales reports.
Track leads, customer meetings, orders, and conversions.
Share market feedback with the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with production, inventory, accounts, and logistics teams.
Target & Performance Management
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Develop a solid customer pipeline for future business.
