Role & responsibilities
Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock-outs.
Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.
Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion data to improve performance.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Maintain marketplace compliance, account health, and performance metrics.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Work with the marketing team on banners, ads, and product launch activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.




03 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.
Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms.
Positive knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic reporting).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product and order management.
Immediate joiners or candidates willing to work from the office are preferred.
