Role & responsibilities

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to own outbound growth for ECO Matrix in the U.S. and Canadian AEC market. This is a hunting role, not an account-management role you will be the primary driver of recent pipeline through highvolume, targeted outreach (LinkedIn, email, and referral channels), converting cold and warm leads into qualified conversations, and closing low-friction pilot engagements that grow into ongoing client relationships. You'll work closely with the founder and technical team to translate our engineering and modeling capabilities into a message that resonates with architects, engineering firms, general contractors, and facility owners.
