Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team across Ahmedabad, Surat, Mumbai, and Delhi. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales/business development, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

This is a field-based role, requiring candidates to travel within their assigned location for client meetings and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.




- Achieve assigned sales/business development targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Travel extensively within the assigned location as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience 2+5 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Local language proficiency is mandatory for the respective location.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for this field-based role.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and an established network will be preferred.
