Social Media Manager

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
Plan, create, and manage engaging content, campaigns, and social media calendars.
Monitor trends, audience engagement, and social media performance.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for consistent and engaging communication.
Analyze performance and suggest strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
Lead, manage, and train a team of social media executives, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Requirements
Up to 1 year of experience in social media management.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
Positive communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior team-handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
