Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
* Bachelors degree in business, engineering, economics, information systems, or related field
* 2+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or sales transformation
* Hands-on experience with Pricefx in implementation, configuration, or business process design
* Understanding of pricing processes including price setting, discounting, approvals, rebates, and margin analysis
* Experience working with large datasets and translating insights into business recommendations
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work in a team-based, client-facing setting and manage multiple workstreams

* Willingness to travel based on client and business needs





Valuable to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
* Experience with B2B pricing transformation programs
* Familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
* Exposure to pricing analytics, CPQ, quote-to-cash, or commercial operations processes
* Experience in Agile delivery settings
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements documentation skills
* Prior experience in consulting, especially in customer, sales, or service transformation programs

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
