Skills Required
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / HR or a similar qualification (Passout of 2025 / 2026) .
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with a solid willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
