Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience & skills)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, target-oriented, and results-driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, handling client enquiries, explaining company services, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business opportunities through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound client enquiries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Explain PhD assistance, research support, manuscript preparation, and publication-related services to prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to improve conversion rates.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with Research, Publication, and other internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.
- Monitor the complete lead-to-conversion process and provide timely updates to management.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with the appropriate internal team for resolution.




- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for improving the company's sales and client acquisition process.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation and client conversion is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and client relationship management abilities.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to achieve monthly goals.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and client requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and online communication platforms.
- Candidates who can independently handle leads and contribute to business growth will be preferred.
