Protocol Labels India Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive – B2C to join our growing team in Chennai. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who wants to build strong customer relationships, achieve exciting sales targets, earn performance incentives, and grow their career in Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2C leads through cold calling, online enquiries, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and lead details in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the reporting manager.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Business Development, Retail Sales,B2B, Field Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and sales closing ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
