We are looking for a business development associate to join our growing team and work with US-based clients in the education and certification industry.

- Location: Noida Sector 16, Work from Office (Must reside within 10–15 km)
- Shift: Night Shift (US Timings), Full-Time
- Salary: 25000/- to 35000/-
- Experience: Freshers, undergraduates, and those with less than 1 year of experience are welcome!

About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to develop their communication, business development and sales skills while working in a dynamic international environment.

As a business development executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students in the United States who have shown interest in certification courses. You will communicate with leads, provide relevant information, and help guide them through their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential students in the US.
- Speak with leads who have shown interest in certification courses.
- Update call details and lead status in Google Sheets.
- Follow up with leads until they make a decision regarding the course.
- Work closely with the team to achieve daily calling targets.
- Maintain daily calling records and share reports with the team.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers, undergraduates,



and those with less than 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Valuable English speaking and writing skills are mandatory.
- Comfortable working night shifts for US clients.
- Open school or correspondence students can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (email, Google Sheets, internet browsing).
- Must reside within 10–15 km of Noida Sector 16.
- Willingness to learn sales, business development, and communication skills.
