Adsflicker is expanding its Business Development team and looking for ambitious, target-driven professionals who are passionate about Sales, Digital Advertising, Performance Marketing & Business Growth.
If you have a robust sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful client relationships and close deals, we want to hear from you!
? What You’ll Do
- Identify and acquire new advertisers, brands, agencies, media buyers & publishers
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking and other channels
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant advertising & performance marketing solutions
- Handle the complete sales cycle prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing → onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Monitor industry trends and identify new opportunities in AdTech, Affiliate Marketing & Digital Advertising
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 1–5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
✅ Experience in Digital Marketing, AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, Advertising or Media Buying is highly preferred
✅ Understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM,
CPI & CPL models is an advantage
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
✅ Proven ability to generate leads and close business
✅ Target-oriented and revenue-focused mindset
✅ Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
✅ Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
