POSITION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – KANNUR

Job Summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an energetic, target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Kannur team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student leads, counselling students and parents, generating admissions, and achieving individual and branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Generate and qualify prospective student leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with Academic, Marketing, and Branch teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.





Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is an advantage.
- Freshers can apply.
- Excellent Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
