We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager with a strong track record in Wealth Management, HNI/UHNI client acquisition, and AUM growth.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in Business Development / Wealth Management
- Strong exposure to HNI & UHNI clients
- Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and AUM growth
- Strong client relationship and referral network
- Experience in identifying, approaching, and onboarding Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)
- Ability to develop and manage distribution channels
- Strong understanding of wealth management, investment products, and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven




- Ability to independently generate recent business and develop market opportunities
