- Job Title: No-Code / Low-Code Automation Specialist
- Experience Required: 2–3 years
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Work Requirement: Occasional travel to sites

- Refine and improve live applications based on field feedback.
- Reduce application completion time and error rates.
- Identify and remove workflow issues that cause users to work around the existing system.

- Automate new processes across

- Audit operations

- Inspection operations

- Installation operations

- Reverse logistics operations
- Build dashboards and reports for internal operations heads and clients.
- Convert field data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.
- Establish and maintain strong data standards, including:

- Data tagging

- Field naming

- Versioning

- Reporting standards
- Document existing systems and newly developed solutions.
- Ensure processes and systems remain easy to understand and maintain.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain applications using no-code or low-code platforms.
- Analyze existing applications and identify areas for improvement.
- Enhance systems originally developed by other team members.
- Gather requirements from non-technical users.
- Convert business requirements into functional applications and workflows.
- Automate repetitive operational processes.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and standardization.




- Maintain proper documentation for applications, workflows and processes.
- Collaborate with operations teams and clients to understand reporting requirements.
- Support continuous improvement of field operations systems.

Job Expectation And Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with a no-code or low-code platform.
- Experience with any of the following platforms:

- Zoho Creator

- Microsoft Power Apps

- AppSheet

- Kissflow

- Glide
- Similar no-code/low-code platforms
- Experience improving applications that were originally developed by someone else.
- Ability to understand existing builds and enhance their functionality.
- Strong requirement-gathering skills with non-technical users.
- Ability to convert requirements into practical working solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Scripting knowledge is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to operational sites occasionally.

Good To Have

- Hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools such as:

- Looker Studio

- Power BI

- Metabase

- Zoho Analytics

- Similar BI tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Basic scripting knowledge in any programming language.

- Experience or exposure to

- Field operations

- Logistics

- Auditing

- Inspection processes

- Installation operations

- Reverse logistics
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
