Business Associate – Job Role
This is a Business Development, Relationship Management and Academic Counselling role involving candidate and customer coordination. It is not a software-development position.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with bankers, working professionals, students and other prospective candidates.
- Understand training and certification requirements and recommend suitable IBS programs.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, references, online sources and other business channels.
- Follow up with genuine enquiries and support conversion into admissions and business.
- Promote JAIIB, CAIIB, IIBF Certificate Courses, DRA and other IBS programs.
- Develop new leads through references, networking and business-development activities.
- Approach banks, institutions, agencies and other potential business sources whenever required.
- Support seminars, orientation sessions, promotional activities and institutional programs.
- Maintain accurate candidate and lead follow-ups in the IBS One system.
- Coordinate with internal academic, administrative and DRA teams after admission.
- Maintain daily activity and business reports and work towards explicit, achievable individual, branch and team goals.
- Whenever required, attend field visits in Hyderabad for business development or institutional activities.
Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant calling, counselling,
sales or business-development experience can apply.
- Age: 18 to 33 years.
- Clear and confident communication, customer-focused attitude, willingness to learn, and basic smartphone/computer skills.
- Must be able to commute daily to our Hyderabad office and be ready for occasional local field visits.
What we offer

- Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, based on relevant experience and performance.
