Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site at the Acumen Global office in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with educational institutions, partners, and healthcare organizations.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, maintain and grow key accounts, and support prospective clients and candidates through the consulting and placement processes.



Daily responsibilities include tracking leads and prospects, preparing proposals and reports, collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs, and contributing to the development of growth strategies for both study abroad and healthcare recruitment services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to maintain client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Relevant experience in education consulting, recruitment, or healthcare staffing is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
