About the Role

We are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Brand, Content, and Social Media Specialist to support Ashclair and Dazzlingrock, our premium jewelry brands. This role is ideal for someone who can translate a brand identity into engaging social media, campaign, website, and email content. You will help create a consistent, elegant, and recognizable brand presence while developing content that builds trust, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice.
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create campaign concepts, captions, short-form videos, graphics, and promotional content.
- Coordinate product photography, video shoots, UGC, and lifestyle content.
- Identify and manage influencer, creator, and brand-collaboration opportunities.
- Write compelling content for social media, emails, product launches, and website promotions.
- Work with the marketing team to create content for paid advertisements.
- Monitor social performance, engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness.
- Develop creative ideas for new collections, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
- Ensure all published content is polished, accurate, and aligned with the brands' premium positioning.

Qualifications




- 3-5 years of experience in social media, branding, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative-concept development skills.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools.
- Understanding of short-form video, UGC, and influencer marketing.
- Strong attention to visual details, spelling, formatting, and brand consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury branding is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo is a plus.
