Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage Banca Channel sales performance, including cross-selling life insurance products through bank channels.

- Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners and internal teams.

- Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance sales revenue growth.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales or related field (bancassurance).

- Strong understanding of BFSI industry, particularly in banking and insurance sales.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
