Job Title: Branch Head – Pre-School

Location: Noida sec 61 , Little Leaders Play School

Reports To: [Director / Head of Operations / Management]

Job Purpose The Branch Head – Pre-School is responsible for the overall academic, operational, and administrative management of the pre-school branch. The role ensures high-quality early childhood education, smooth day-to-day functioning, staff performance, parent satisfaction,

safety, and achievement of enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Leadership

● Ensure effective implementation of the pre-school curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards

● Monitor classroom practices, lesson planning, and child progress

● Guide teachers on age-appropriate pedagogy, activities, and assessments

● Ensure compliance with pre-school academic frameworks and child development guidelines

Centre Operations & Administration

● Oversee daily pre-school operations ensuring a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment

● Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements

● Manage centre schedules, events, celebrations, and parent engagement programs

● Coordinate with support teams for facilities, transport, and supplies

Staff Leadership & Management

● Lead, mentor, and manage teachers, caregivers, and support staff

● Support recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance evaluations

● Conduct regular observations, feedback, and staff development sessions

● Foster a positive, caring, and professional work culture

Parent Relationship Management

● Act as the primary point of contact for parents

● Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively





● Conduct parent orientations, meetings, and events

● Ensure high levels of parent satisfaction and retention

Admissions & Business Growth

● Drive enrolments and admissions targets for the pre-school branch

● Support marketing activities, school visits, and outreach programs

● Ensure optimal classroom occupancy and child retention

● Monitor branch expenses and resource utilization

Child Safety & Wellbeing

● Ensure physical, emotional, and psychological safety of all children

● Implement and monitor child protection, safety, and hygiene policies

● Ensure proper supervision, discipline, and pastoral care

● Promote an inclusive, warm, and development-focused environment

Qualifications & Experience

● Graduate / Postgraduate in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field

● B.Ed / NTT / ECCE certification preferred

● Minimum 5–8 years of experience in pre-school or early childhood education, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
